The “Bedah Kawasan” program in the Petogogan area is one of the flagship initiatives of the DKI Jakarta Baznas Bazis, which aims to improve the quality of housing for residents in flood-prone areas. This project is a concrete step to create safe and comfortable housing for the community, especially during the rainy season.

Design Concept : YPA Architecture Studio is proud to play a role in designing a residential solution for the flood-stricken community of Petogogan. By combining a design approach based on disaster resilience and sustainability, our design focuses on flood prevention, space optimization, and utilization of local elements to create a harmonious and functional space.

Project Purpose : Improve the quality of life of residents by providing safer housing from the threat of flooding,
Providing designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also durable and functionally efficient, Using environmentally friendly materials and technologies to create long-term solutions.

Achievements : This project is expected to inspire other regions to utilize architecture in addressing natural disaster issues, while still paying attention to sustainable social and environmental aspects.
