RD House 2021 is a modern residence designed by YPA Architecture Studio with a design approach that prioritizes the balance between aesthetics, function, and environmental context. With a dynamic facade, the house features a combination of natural materials such as wood, exposed concrete and white panels that create an elegant and harmonious look.
The architectural concept of RD House 2021 adopts the typical gable shape of a modern tropical house, giving a warm yet functional impression. Large openings and skylights are optimized to ensure natural lighting and good air circulation, creating a comfortable and energy-efficient environment.
The interior of the house is designed with an open space concept, maximizing the space to make it feel more spacious and airy. A neutral color palette with wood accents was applied to create a warm and calming atmosphere. Efficient space utilization with hidden storage is a key element in maintaining interior tidiness and aesthetics.
In addition, the rooftop area with a glass roof is designed as a multifunctional space that can be used for various family activities, as well as an element that adds character to the overall design.
With a design approach that prioritizes the balance between function and beauty, RD House 2021 is a representation of YPA Architecture Studio’s philosophy in creating a comfortable, modern residence that is in harmony with the environment.
