Agabella House is a residential project by YPA Architecture Studio, standing on a 135 m² plot with a building area of 106 m², located in Purbalingga, Central Java. The house is designed with a simple yet modern approach, providing comfortable living that suits Indonesia’s tropical climate. The facade combines bold lines, wall surfaces, and wide openings to create a fresh and functional look.
Entering the front area, this house features a terrace with double main doors that give an elegant yet welcoming impression. The facade area is equipped with vertical windows with black frames that emphasize its modern minimalist character, as well as ventilation grilles that function as natural air circulation. Architectural elements such as a lightweight iron canopy and simple textured walls add accents without detracting from the clean and neat impression.
In the interior, Agabella House highlights the living room and family room that are integrated with the dining area and kitchen, creating a spacious open-space atmosphere. The high ceiling design optimizes air circulation while expanding the impression of space. The interior is dominated by a neutral color palette of white and cream, combined with wooden furniture and warm decorative accents, creating a homey and functional modern tropical feel.
Additionally, the house is equipped with neatly organized service areas, such as a laundry room and storage space. The layout of Agabella House is designed to maximize space functionality on a limited plot without compromising resident comfort. The modern tropical home design concept implemented by YPA Architecture Studio in this project addresses the needs of young families seeking an aesthetically pleasing, efficient, and environmentally friendly residence.
