Hubexo

Hubexo is a 1,000-square-meter office interior renovation project in South Jakarta, a collaboration between YPA Architecture Studio and Barakaja Construction, which was successfully completed efficiently within two months in 2026. The design embraces a dynamic modern workspace concept by blending vibrant aesthetics through orange and purple accents in communal areas, green-toned ergonomic furniture, and comprehensive supporting facilities ranging from private meeting pods with iconic typography, a minimalist sage-green pantry area, to an elegant formal meeting room. This fluid spatial approach creates harmony between individual productivity and team collaboration, where warm wooden elements blend with abundant natural light streaming through large windows, making Hubexo a manifestation of a future workspace that is functional, adaptive, and retains a strong sense of identity.
