- Site analysis and project feasibility studies.
- Sustainable design with optimization of natural lighting and air circulation.
- Preparation of working drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordination with consultant teams (structural, MEP, landscape).
- Assistance with licensing and regulatory processes.

- Creation of interior working drawings.
- Supervision of interior work implementation.
